I learned Hatha Yoga (Surya Kriya) with each and every steps very nicely. The ambience was very peaceful. Hatha yoga teacher Abhishek was very humble and supportive throughout the session. Looking forward to learn some more Hatha Yoga practices. For initiators I would suggest Angamardana. It make the body geometrically aligned. It also make us mentally and emotionally more stable. To be honest I have just initiated it. Till now I have observed that I feel my body very light and less lethargic.
